2026 Christmas Closures

CHRISTMAS CLOSURES: We are a busy team all year round, making sure we are manufacturing and supplying the best possible products for your projects. With that being said, we are all only human and it’s time for us to clock out and take a much need break with our loved ones! As a family owned and run business, this means both our warehouse and retail shop will be shut during this time. In this blog article, we’ll be going through all the key dates and information you’ll need for our upcoming Christmas Closures.

FINAL TRADING DAY: Thursday 17th December 2026
RE-OPENING DAY: Monday 11th January 2027.

Any and all orders need to be placed prior to the 14th of December 2026 to ensure they are packed and processed before we close for the Christmas break.

WHILST CLOSED –
NO online or email orders will be packed or shipped.
Orders will also not be available to pick up.
Our retail store will not be open for visits or purchases.

Unlike all of our previous Christmas Holiday breaks, this year will be quite different for us! With a new addition to our family (and 4th Generation), we will be spending this precious time with each other and enjoying the time off. Because of this, emails, phone calls, messages and texts will not be monitored during this time. Any and all enquiries will be responded too when our team returns from the Christmas break after the 11th of January 2027.

ORDERING –
To avoid any disappointment or delay, we ask you to plan ahead. Order early to make sure you are able to pick up your order from our store or to allow for the increased shipping timeframes due to higher volumes experienced with couriers. To ensure you receive any deliveries prior to Christmas, it will be extremely important to order prior to the cut-off date of 14th December 2026.

Our team (although short staffed) will be working tirelessly until our final day to ensure everything is packed and shipped as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please Note: if an order is placed between the 14th and 17th of December 2026 we will still try our best to have it packed and processed for collection or shipping, however this cannot be guaranteed. Any orders placed on or after the 17th of December 2026 will only be processed upon our return to the warehouse.

Should any items be unavailable or out of stock, that you have purchased, a store credit or refund will be issued to ensure we can quickly and efficiently process the balance of your order prior to closing.

REMINDER – 
Please remember to be kind and patient to our team during the crazy Christmas Season! A little bit of kindness can go a really long way! Rudeness, swearing or otherwise will simply not be tolerated. We are only human after all, and in many cases, there is only so much we can do.
